PAES Labs for Georgia and Florida schools: real work, real data, better transition plans

I'm Megan Donovan, the PAES representative for Georgia and Florida. I help special education, transition and CTE/CTAE leaders bring hands-on work assessment to students with IEPs, from the first Zoom call through funding, installation and training.

What a PAES Lab does for your students

The Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES®) turns a classroom into a simulated workplace. Students become employees and teachers become supervisors. Employees clock in and out and work through 264 hands-on jobs across five career areas. Every job produces standardized data on work quality, work rate, interest, trials and the assistance a student needed.
